Vote By Mail is the most convenient way to vote. We mailed ballots to overseas voters on September 19 and will start mailing domestic ballots on October 6. By law, you cannot specify a new mailing address on the Vote By Mail online request form, so check what we have on file for you first, update your address if necessary, and then request your Vote By Mail ballot.
